Differential Diagnosis
The differential diagnosis includes numerous maculopathies. Idiopathic choroidal neovascularization, central serous chorioretinopathy, unilateral acute idiopathic maculopathy, serous RPE detachment, Harada’s disease, serpiginous choroidopathy, posterior scleritis, and acute posterior multifocal placoid pigment epitheliopathy (APMPPE).
